기독 청년들이 건전한 기독교 사이트를 통해 좋은 만남을 갖고, 축복된 가정을 이루도록 돕는 이 사역에 함께할 동역자를 모십니다.
제1조. 계약의 목적
에이전트는 회사의 데이팅 사이트 www.CKsingles.org를 홍보하고, 고객이 등록하도록 격려하며, 등록을 돕는 일을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조. 계약 기간
이 계약은 시작일부터 일년 또는 양 당사자 간 서면으로 종료 합의가 있을 때까지 유효합니다.
제3조. 에이전트의 역할과 책임
1. 고객을 모집하고 회사의 웹 사이트에 고객을 도와 등록을 하게 합니다.
2. 회사의 서비스를 정확히 이해하고, 이를 고객에게 설명합니다.
3. 회사의 명성을 손상시키지 않도록 윤리적으로 행동합니다.
4. 에이전트는 등록비를 직접 수령하지 못하며 고객이 등록비를 회사에 직접 지불해야 합니다.
제4조. 커미션
에이전트는 다음 기준에 따라 보수를 받습니다.
1. 커미션: 모집한 고객 한 명당 $150.00지급. (모집 $120.00 , 등록 대행업무 $30.00)
2. 현재 고객의 등록비가 $200.00 (3년 동안 유효) 인데 등록비가 증감할수도 있습니다. 그 때는 회사와 에이전트와 상의하여 커미션을 결정합니다.
3. 단체계약의 경우: 한 단체에서 10명이상이 등록할 때와 같은 특별히 등록비를 할인해 주어야 할 경우에 에이전트는 회사에서 결정한 방침에 따르기로 합니다.
5. 지급 일정은 매월 말일로 합니다.
제5조. 비밀 유지 의무
에이전트는 회사의 모든 기밀 정보를 외부에 유출하지 않으며, 계약 종료 후에도 이를 유지합니다.
제6조. 계약 해지
1. 양 당사자는 최소 30일 이전에 서면 통지를 통해 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
2. 에이전트가 본 계약의 조건을 위반할 경우, 회사는 즉시 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
제7조. 법적 준수와 기타 조항
1. 에이전트는 활동 중 관련 법규를 준수하며, 계약 위반 시 발생하는 법적 문제에 대한 책임을 집니다.
2. 본 계약은 미국국가의 (United States of America) 법에 따라 해석됩니다.
3. 모든 분쟁은 중재를 통해 해결합니다.

Agent Recruitment Information
We are seeking partners to join this ministry to help Christian young adults form meaningful connections through a wholesome Christian dating site and build blessed families.
Article 1. Purpose of the Agreement
The agent’s purpose is to promote the company’s dating site (www.CKsingles.org), encourage potential customers to register, and assist in the registration process.
Article 2. Duration of the Agreement
This contract is valid for one year from the start date or until both parties agree to terminate it in writing.
Article 3. Roles and Responsibilities of the Agent
- Recruit customers and assist them in registering on the company’s website.
- Fully understand the company’s services and explain them to customers.
- Act ethically and avoid actions that could harm the company’s reputation.
- The agent is not allowed to directly collect registration fees. Customers must pay the fees directly to the company.
Article 4. Commission
The agent will receive compensation based on the following criteria:
- Commission: $150.00 per recruited customer ($120.00 for recruitment and $30.00 for registration assistance).
- The current registration fee is $200.00 (valid for 3 years). If the fee changes, the company and the agent will discuss and adjust the commission accordingly.
- Group Contracts: In cases where 10 or more individuals from one group register, or when discounted registration fees are necessary, the agent will follow the policies determined by the company.
- Payments will be made at the end of each month.
Article 5. Confidentiality Obligations
The agent must not disclose any confidential company information to external parties and must maintain confidentiality even after the contract ends.
Article 6. Termination of the Agreement
- Either party may terminate the contract with at least 30 days’ written notice.
- The company may terminate the contract immediately if the agent violates its terms.
Article 7. Legal Compliance and Other Provisions
- The agent must comply with all relevant laws during their activities and is responsible for any legal issues arising from contract violations.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
- All disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
- The agent number will be provided by the company.
